Returns and refunds

If your case arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

• Please share an unboxing photo or video and your order number by email or WhatsApp.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer.
• Cancellations are free until the order is shipped.
